Kremstal, Austria. Sustainable. 100% Riesling. Young vines planted on of a mixture of gravel from the Danube and prehistoric rock which is covered by a layer of loess, about 1.6 meters thick! A subtle bouquet followed by hints of sweet lime, lemongrass and green apples. A flinty, pronounced acid tone on the palate. One for the Riesling purist.
