Skin-contact, organically farmed Vermentino. Salty, sagey with quince-like orchard fruit. From the little certified organic estate/winery of Anna Maria Cruciata in Maremma. The grapes are hand-harvested, foot-tread, native yeast, on the skins for a week, no sulfites, fining, or filtering.
