A refined and elegant wine from Macedonia, definitely bucking the trend and showing Xinomavro's softer side. It has a gorgeous nose of soft sweet red berry fruit and the distinctive sundried tomato note you often find in wines from this grape. Made in a slightly aromatic, Burgundian style, with 15 months in 500-litre oak barrels, it's smooth and supple with some leathery evolution.
