This wine is aged in stainless steel to keep the wines showing a crisp and lean character. A wonderful golden yellow color tantalizes the eye before the liquid skids across the palate, resonating flavors of peach and apricot. Perfect pair for all those dishes of spring time fish fare.

“Made from Cortese and grown in the Gavi region in Piedmont. Italian whites, once maligned, are now looking pretty interesting.
Orange, lime, nuts – but mainly classic dry white. It’s full bodied, attractively fat, but with a core of tight acidity. There’s some fennel flavour in there too and grapefruit pith on the finish. An excellent food friendly white that won’t have you wincing while you drink.”
