The 2013 Fiorini 'Becco Rosso' is a red blend of a 80% Lambrusco Grasparossa and 20% Lancellotta that undergoes Charmat method secondary fermentation in tank much like a Prosecco. Quite dry and lightly sparkling, the Becco Rosso is fresh and juicy.
