Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. Produced entirely from 4 hectares of the south-facing “Le Vieux Château” vineyard located at the northern end of Montagny. Matured 70% in oak barrels, and the rest in cement tank for 11 months. Stirring of the lees for the part in oak barrels. Citrus fruit and orange blossom. The palate is well balanced with tightly packed pear and dried mango notes.
