The wine is light plus bodied, elegant, and dry, earthy and floral with notes of cherry, raspberry, spice, and pertichor, with subtle oaky undertones, medium plus acidity, and soft tannins. Careful harvest and gentle pressing into stainless steel and concrete vats for fermentation with indigenous yeast. Maturation in concrete vats and 15% used oak barrels for about 12 months. Unfined and lightly filtered.
