Tenth generation female winemaker Pia Carrau has made this unique and gorgeous sparkling wine that shows so much character and complexity! A blend of 80% Trebbiano and 20% Malvasia this pet-nat is amazingly well balanced and fresh, hints of ripe citrus and dried apricots on the palate but the nose gives off a nice bright zesty dried citrus skin tone with a clean spicy finish.
