This modern approach to London Dry Gin produced in California uses a light touch of juniper mingled with citrus. Its smooth drinking profile is approachable enough to be sipped solo, and its bottle is reminiscent of Manhattan’s gleaming skyscrapers. For a gin to be able to call itself London Dry, the base spirit must be distilled to a completely neutral spirit of 96% ABV, and it must contain no artificial ingredients, only a small amount of sweetener and cannot have any flavor or color added after distillation.
