Light golden straw color. Lively, fruity, nutty aromas and flavors of maraschino cherry and marzipan with an even, vibrant, moderately sweet medium-to-full body and a smooth, compelling, medium-length honeyed plums finish with fruit tannins and no oak. A sweet fruity plum wine with nice purity of flavor.

Fu-Ki Plum Wine is made following a process that has been cultivated for hundreds of years in Japan.
It is delicate and light, with well-balanced acidity, and a long aftertaste.
Fu-Ki Plum wine is an excellent aperitif, as well as a delicious dessert wine. It will also strike a wonderful balance with many rich tasting foods, including Asian specialties.
It can be enjoyed straight or chilled, or as part of elegant, contemporary cocktails.
