Founded in 1984, the family-owned Gruet Winery specializes in Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines. The New Mexico based winery produces sparkling wines using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes along with a small collection of still wines with roots originating from Gilbert Gruet’s Champagne house in Bethon, France. Their Gruet Brut is a wonderful value everyday bubbly with aromas of green apple and citrus mineral notes. The palate offers up generous fruit flavors with fine bubbles and crisp acidity.

In addition to being the best-selling Champagne brand in France, Nicolas Feuillatte differs from other brands in that it is not owned by a house, but by a co-operative. Champagne co-ops are a growing force in the industry and Nicolas Feuillatte is the world leader in their category. The Reserve Brut is an iconic Champagne that perfectly encapsulates Nicolas Feuillattes’ style. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, it is pale gold in the glass with delicate bubbles and aromas of juicy pear and apricot. Mouthwatering acidity and pretty flavors of ripe apple and raspberry come through on the finish.
