Try this Napa Sauvignon Blanc from an iconic winery!

2019 Stags’ Leap Sauvignon Blanc is our Wine of the Week!

Located in the heart of the Stags Leap District within Napa Valley, Stags’ Leap is one of California’s earliest wine estates with a colorful history including tales of ghosts, gangsters, gypsies, and “shady” dealings at Stags’ Leap Manor. Some are documented, some are passed on by word of mouth, and some are pure speculation. Today, Stags’ Leap remains one of the most renowned wine estates, producing a diverse range of quality and high-end wines on a 240-acre estate, of which 85-acres are planted with grapevines.
The combination of Napa Valley’s unique terroir, ideal microclimate, and extended growing season contribute to the production of elegant wines showing finesse and intensity. Stags’ Leap Sauvignon Blanc was aged for six months in 20% new oak, 50% neutral oak, and 30% stainless steel. It opens with aromas of vibrant key lime pie, pink grapefruit, and pineapple with hints of wild thyme and elderflower. The palate delivers flavors of mouth-coating citrus, melon, passionfruit, and white jasmine leading into a long, elegant finish.
An excellent match with seafood dishes, Mediterranean food, chicken, or goat cheese.
Take home a bottle of 2019 Stags’ Leap Sauvignon Blanc for the special price of only $22.99 while supplies last.
Cheers!
