Shoofly Shiraz is sourced from a collection of premium South Australian vineyards: McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Padthaway, and Wrattonbully. McLaren Vale’s temperate maritime climate offers rich, ripe fruit flavors and great acid balance, while Padthaway and Adelaide enjoy a cool continental climate which produces spicy notes in the wine. The supple red fruits on the clean and bright palate give way to more complex notes of nutmeg, earth, and eucalyptus.
